Notes of sweet papayas, fresh peaches and soft vanilla appear in this Chardonnay from Limari. It demonstrates a citric acidity reminiscent of colder climates and a volume in the mouth that reminds one of sunny days in the north of Chile. In the mouth it is soft and the mineral flavors come through, along with fresh fruit flavors well-integrated with the oak.
Cellaring: Drink now or within the next 3 years.
Serve with pasta, chicken, lobster and other dishes with creamy sauces but also can be enjoyed on its own.
