The fruit flavors are ripe without seeming overripe, the acidity is noticeable but not intrusive, and the tannins are supple but not hard. Our emphasis on gentle handling at every stage of production helps to preserve delicate flavor and texture in our wines. This wine displays lovely red cherry and blackberry fruit with spice beneath, and shows oak influence of toast and vanilla.
