The silky flavors mirror the aromas with nuances of pineapple, grapefruit and spices, culminating in a crisp, dry finish. This wine enhances a vast spectrum of dishes, from shellfish to veal and pork. Italians love Pinot Grigio with coastal seafood dishes, antipasti (appetizers) and primi piatti (first courses.) We have selected the grapes from three northeastern regions of Italy called the "Tre Venezie", where the wines reveal the most intense perfumes and distinct personality. Our 2000 Pinot Grigio beautifully demonstrates the uniquely smooth, silky texture of this grape variety, which is said to come from the grape's "invisible pigment".
