Our 2008 Dancing Bull Chardonnay was crafted in the Dancing Bull style of crisp, racy whites that are equally enjoyable at home on the dinner table or at a backyard BBQ. This wine showcases ripe, juicy peach flavors with a touch of tropical fruit, vanilla and honeysuckle. The lack of barrel influence allows for the bright fruit to shine through. The crisp acidity excites the tongue with every sip, making it the perfect complement to pasta and chicken dishes with a little spice.
