It's a conundrum why anyone would buy this wine, especially at its price point. I found it flabby and unstructured, the way some lesser quality Viogniers or even Reislings are. People have always raved about this wine, asking if I ever tried it; I finally did. There was no nose, odd for something that may have Viognier grapes in it. It goes to show that the crowd will think they like anything that they have heard is good without formulating their own opinions.
