In keeping with tradition, the 2007 Anthology blend includes all five Bordeaux varieties to create an elegant, rich, and approachable wine reminiscent of a warm berry pie. This wine delivers a spiced-laden bouquet of berries, violets and vanilla. Juicy and unctuous, the fruity and floral flavors blossom with time in the glass, and finish with an exotic spiciness that will leave you wanting another glass. This
wine benefits from decanting and continues evolving over the course of a meal and into a good movie.
Blend: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot
