We tasted 20 blends before selecting the final blend for the 1998 Anthology. The 1998 bottling is marked by bright fruit aromas of plum, cherry and cassis and bold flavors of marinated cherry, ripe plum with mocha nuances. This is a silky medium-to-full bodied wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for additional complexity.
