"Huge and colorful, and very youthful. For density and lushness on what can best be described as basic Merlot, you're not going to find it much better than this. It's all blackberry, chocolate and berries, but somehow they've squeezed some earth and spice in there as well. Great for a quick steak or hamburger. Best Buy."

Dark and deep red. Attractive aromas of black plums, smoke, herbs and graphite notes. Hints of chocolate and spices, and a generous touch of toasted American oak. Mouthfilling texture, soft but well structured.
Enjoy with Chicken, ham, mild cheese, risotto and pasta served with mushroom sauces.

Big fan of this wine, this is my house wine. It goes well with pretty much anything. Generally like cabs more than merlots but this wine is the exception.

i realy enjoyed this wine. the flavors are strong and powerful. the sweetness of the fruit is well tempered by the earth tones... good to enjoy with friends
