Dry, piquant, excellent intensity of flavor in this vintage with good body and balance. The texture is mouthcoating but also fresh and mouthwatering. The finish is unusually long, clean and dry.
This begs for seafood but has enough stuffing to accompany pizza or ratatouille.
"Deep salmon skin color. Fresh tangerine and nectarine aromas are complemented by notes of mint and dried flowers. Pliant, finely etched citrus and floral flavors stain the palate and gain sweetness with air. Juicy and gently sweet on the persistent finish, which repeats the tangerine note and leaves dusty minerals behind."
