Deep ruby red. Berry, black cherry fruit with notes of herbs, spice and chocolate. Silky smooth palate with soft ripe tannins and fine length of finish. This wine pairs well with game with berry sauce, ostrich, steaks, and aged cheeses.

A very enjoyable wine. Beautiful ruby red color with nice hints of spice and a lengthy finish. I will definitely recommend this to anyone, especially those who are inhibited by Cabernet.
