Number 43 on the Wine.com 100 of 2007!
Pale straw yellow color. Hints of allspice and pink grapefruit accent the sweet fruit palate. Crisp finish with a good balance of acidity. Versatile with food, especially with spicy

This was a great wine. It is pretty sweet, so be forewarned! On the nose I picked up rose and lychee. It also had a really nice and complex taste. I tasted allspice, honeysuckle and kiwi. The touch of acidity at the end was perfect. Columbia Winery did a great job on this tough grape. I cannot wait to get my hands on the 2006!

Wow! A great tasting gewurz that goes well by itself or with PF Chang's lettuce wraps. Hard to believe it's only $9 a bottle. A little sweet but so delicious and smooth.
