Winemaker's Notes

Round velvety berry fruit on the nose. Fine and stylish structure on the palate. Great balance and elegance. Gloriously long and flavoursome with a finish that goes on and on. Great food wine.

This is definitely not a cocktail wine - it is a food wine all the way. Uplifting on the palate, due to its excellent acidity, with black fruit and solid tannins. It is the kind of wine that is great for everyday drinking - with food.

This was a really average wine. Palatable but not a favorite. I bought a case. Had I tried a bottle first, I would not have bought a case.

It's okay, but not particularly notable, even at the $13 price
