Purchased as bare land in 1989, Clos Pegase has continued to refine their plantings to maximize the potential of the site. As part of this ongoing development, they are discovering the best clones of Chardonnay to match each site, and subsequently the blend continues to evolve.
On the nose, nectarine, peach and lemon-lime notes are deftly balanced with complex yet integrated charry and toasted French oak. The palate is luscious, vibrant and elegant with great opulence and a rich, long finish.
