Light to medium bodied wines that are high in acid and light to medium fruit. Typically no oak.
Light to medium bodied wines with lots of juicy fruit, typically medium acid and medium oak.
Full bodied wines that have typically undergone malo-lactic fermentation and/or spent time in oak.
A burst of tropical fruit on the nose. Pineapple and banana with a hint of mango and coconut. Very refreshing on the palate. The wine is aged only in stainless steel (no oak) so the fruit really shines through, along with the bright acidity. The fruit carries through, with pineapple truly dominating, but grapefruit also makes an appearance.
Will pair well with many foods, especially salads and spicy Indian food. Try with curry in a coconut based sauce.
