While visiting Chicago we ate at an awesome Italian Restaurant. We asked our Waiter to suggest a nice wine. He brought us the Clean Slate and it was perferct. We loved it so much, we had to go online and get more! It would be excellent with any food!

This wine is crisp, balanced and delicious. We have tried it with sushi and really spicy dishes from PF Changs and it was the perfect pairing for all that intense flavor and spice. It is no surprise that this wine was the Best Reisling at the SF Wine Compeition this year. This wine was a great discovery!
