The fresh and balanced taste profile of Clean Slate is achieved by carefully selecting grapes from vineyards throughout the Mosel. The steep blue slate slopeds of the Lower Mosel give the wine its minerality while the middle Mosel provides a hint of spiciness to complement the characteristic fresh peach flavors of the Upper Mosel.

Pairs beautifully with Asian dishes, spicy foods, sushi, fish, poultry and pork.

This is a sweet, clean riesling that starts and finishes well. I was lucky to discover it and will enjoy it again.

This is such a lovely wine. Light and crisp, certainly one of the best Rieslings available at wine.com, in my opinion. Has a nice pop on the tongue anytime. Very clean finish. I'm here to order another case!
