As a result of an almost perfect growing season, this intensely concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon shows deep, dark color and rich, ripe plum, chocolate and cherry-vanilla aromas on the nose. A round, supple mouth begins with black cherry and coffee that leads into subtle notes of dried herb, vanilla and bittersweet chocolate that last throughout a long, juicy finish. The high extract level in this Cabernet bodes well for its future as additional complexity and suppleness is gained through bottle age.
