Very attractive deep garnet-red in appearance. The intense, yet delicate bouquet is a perfect harmony of red fruit aromas, hints of spice and mocha nuances. The attack is smooth, and on the palate the characteristic aromatic expression of the grape varieties, with the Syrah in particular is prominent in the oaked character. The wine presents integrated and silky tannins and the overall effect is perfectly balanced. It has a lingering finish, with a distinctive, appealing freshness.
Blend: 60% Syrah, 10% Grenache Noir, 30% very old Carignan (over 60 years)
