Winemaker's Notes

The wines of Château Lanessan are characterized by their deep and intense ruby color. The nose is elegant with dominant fruit and floral aromas. The mouth is structured, complex and dense. Together it is harmonious with a beautifully long finish.

Style: Big & Bold
Pair with: Lamb, Cheese > Blue
The color is a deep, bold garnet, almost purple with full aromas of oak, tobacco, pepper and dark cherries. After opened for an hour or so, the bold flavors of oak and pepper bring out the flavors of dark cherry, pencil shavings and hot spices.
