"A dark plum/ruby color is accompanied by a big, sweet black raspberry, cherry, lead pencil shavings, crushed rock, and spring flower-scented bouquet. Supple tannin, low acidity, and excellent ripeness characterize this hedonistic, well-made St.-Emilion. It should drink beautifully for 10-12 years. "

"Aromas of fresh mushroom, crushed berries and cedar follow through to a full-bodied palate, with silky tannins and a long, caressing finish. Balanced. A very pretty wine. Best after 2011. "

Wonderful wine. We have purchased many cases in both usa and in france and have received many complimments on it when we have served it to guests, both personal and business. It's our all time favorite, but it also has sentimental value to us now, so we are not entirely unbiased. :)
