Winemaker's Notes

Displaying a style very close to that of 1996, the 1997 is however, lower in acidity, with a more developed, dark ruby color.

Its enormous, full-bodied nose reveals the scents of smoked oak and cherry jam, and the averagely robust mouth, provides evidence of an opulent and accessible character.

To be drunk before it reaches an age of 8 or 9 years.
