You really should give this champagne a try. For those who know nothing but Korbel for everyday and Dom Perignon for special occasions, this is a special treat. The flavors are so delicately interwoven, you'll keep coming back for more. The 1990 received one of Wine Spectator's highest ratings, and that's compared to champagne at any price. Give Heidsieck to your friends, and they'll be impressed with your ability to distinguish something different.
