dessert wine so good with fruit cheese or alone. i usually drink alone. this was was very good w/o the overbearing port taste of some.
This muscat is delightfully sweet with a distinct raisin flavour similar to that of the yalumba museum reserve, but lighter. I had it paired with an almond pound cake and i must say that the almond extract from the cake highlighted the wine's own fruity aftertaste.
layers and layers of sweet flavor, no overpowering or harsh port taste. Went well with strawberry fondue
Wonderful, amazingly complex and delicious! A little bit, enjoyed in tiny sips, is a wonderful cap on any day.
I enjoyed this wine immensely. It had more body than I expected and a beautiful color, Its nose was as sweet as its taste and it goes down well. I would describe it as plummy with notes of apple and chocolate. Great as dessert!
avoids all the tastes that turns many people off of ports, muscats, and other desert wines. At the same time it intrigues ones tastes well.
