Abundant fruit and honey flavors bound together with the right balance of sweetness and
acidity. The harmony of Vouvray - just a touch of sugar, but still officially dry - is
immediately apparent and genuinely appealing.
Delicately flavored foods such as trout and other fresh-water fish, chicken and veal. Will also pair nicely with many salads, lighter pasta and rice dishes.
