Winemaker's Notes

The best vintage ever for En Cerise, this is a concentrated, beautifully structured Syrah. Deep aromas and flavors of violets, perfectly ripe blackberry and raspberry, and chocolate. Suave and sophisticated, but with amazing depth and concentration from this vineyard planted in 1998.
