We offer two ways to locate information:
Cayuse produces some of the most sought-after Syrah's made in America, along with the likes of Sin Qua Non and Pax. We just got in a small amount of the 2003 vintage - here's your chance to try a bottle before this year's allocation is gone. Very limited!
Coccinelle means "lady bug" in French - an allusion to the multitude of helpful ladybugs that seem to be drawn to this biodynamically farmed vineyard. This 5.5 acre vinyard is planted with 100% Syrah in 1998 - only 176 cases were produced in 2003.
"Deep red-ruby. Black raspberry, gunflint and smoke on the nose. Sweet and lush but vibrant and suave, with a juicy elegance to the chewy red berry flavors. Finishes with a firm structure and sweet tannins. This may well merit a higher score as it gains complexity with more bottle aging."-International Wine Cellar 92+
