Winemaker's Notes:
Color: intense attractive red currant color with bluish tonalities and good giving off light bubbles and persistent crown making
Bouquet: touched by red fruit such as cherreis and blackberries, with a background of plum and fig preserve and light evolution characters on yeast
Taste: in the mouth it maintains young, fruity, fresh, smooth and elegant overall.
One hundred percent Trepat, a Catalan black variety especially apt for rosé production. Attractive light ruby color with pronounced red berry fruit and excellent mousse. Late disgorged with more than 24 months on the lees.
