Delicious wine - this is why wines from the Languedoc are getting such great press lately. Rich and lush, with deep purple plum and blackberry flavors and aromas, complemented by vanilla scented oak accents, this one is a real crowd pleaser. Excellent picnic or BBQ wine!
"This deep ruby/purple-colored, modern-styled, unfiltered blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache exhibits abundant quantities of creamy new oak along with luscious blackberry and cassis fruit, vanilla, toast, and chocolate overtones. Medium-bodied, fat, and lusty, it will provide considerable pleasure over the next 2-3 years."
