A 100% Monastrell wine from the valley. This wine is fermented in steel tanks under temperature control with a soft maceration of skins. After the malolactic fermentation the wine is aged in French and American barrels for a short period (from 3 to 6 months) which gives the wine the fresh and fruity the character of the Monastrell.
"Opaque purple. Aromas of blackberry, apricot, violet and smoky spices show an exotic quality. Sweet and supple on the palate, with very good clarity to the dark fruit, candied flower and spice flavors. Finishes with a strong element of exotic spices and very good chewy persistence."
