The composition of this Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most challenging and interesting that Calina has produced in recent years. This wine is a blend of 3 different terroirs with 3 different styles.
Colchagua Valley grapes bring cherry, mint and black pepper aromas, as well as soft and velvety tannins. Cachapoal Valley grapes deliver the elegance of blackberry aromas and the balance of a powerful mouth-filling wine. Finally, the remaining 10% of grapes from Maule bring typically juicy fruits, natural acidity and chalk stone tannins. The final blend is very complex, full of flavors and aromas, a wine with a long finish and finely integrated tannins.
