True to the winery's Mapuche name, meaning "magician," winemakers Alejandro Jofre and Ricardo Rivadeniera have created a magical rosé made from a blend of Malbec, Syrah, and Petit Verdot from Chile's Colchagua Valley. This vintage's bouquet is floral with subtle notes of citrus, raspberry and fresh spice. The palate is creamy, fresh and well balanced. It is a versatile wine that pairs equally well with goat cheese, seafood, grilled chicken and delicately seasoned Asian dishes. Just 12% alcohol.
"Light, lurid pink. Exotically perfumed bouquet displays sauvignon blanc-like scents of pink grapefruit, lime and herbs, with a peppery overtone. Fresh and nervy, with tangy citrus flavors and a touch of bitter quinine gaining strength with air. The finish is firm, brisk and persistent. This singular wine is made from 50% malbec, 40% syrah and 10% petit verdot but acts like a white wine."
