and other exotic fruits with a hint of citrus. The wine is clean and crisp
on the palette, with a full-bodied, creamy texture. The vibrant pineapple,
pear and lime flavors linger in a crisp finish.

"Bright, pale, green-tinged yellow. Pungent aromas of lemon, quinine and nutmeg. Juicy and intense, with citrus fruit flavors complicated by a saline element and a note of fig. At once dry and silky. The dusty finish features excellent grip and aromatic persistence, with lovely citrus lift."
International Wine Cellar
"Bright and generous. A lively, expressive mouthful of tangerine, pineapple and melon aromas and flavors, consolidating into a crisp, mouthwatering finish. Drink now. 702 cases made."
"The 2007 SBS is composed of 73% Sauvignon Blanc and 27% Semillon. There was no malolactic fermentation. The excellent perfume reveals notes of minerals, citrus, melon, lime, apple, and a hint of tropical fruits. Crisp and lively, the wine has excellent acidity and a lengthy finish. "

Bordeaux White Blend
There's white wine in Bordeaux, too! Typically made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and bits of Muscadelle, white Bordeaux can be a fully dry table wine or, as in Sauternes, a deliciously sweet dessert wine. In other areas of the world, a Bordeaux blend consists primarily of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, either of which may be the predominant variety. Bordeaux blends can vary in style, but most have good acidity and often a mineral overtone.
