Winemaker's Notes

Giacosa's Arneis offers subtle, elegant aromas of apples, pears and peaches. This is a very refreshing white recommended with a wide variety of foods, including antipasti and pasta dishes.

"Bruno Giacosa's Arneis is a knockout in 2007. This beautiful white reveals gorgeous inner sweetness in its ripe apricots, peaches and flowers. Although the wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation, it comes across as lush and full-bodied, with suggestions of botrytis that linger on the finish."
