Style: Fruity & Smooth

Alcohol By Volume: 14.3%

Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Golden yellow color with tree and tropical fruit aromas. Pear and mango flavors accent the palate of this approachable white wine. Bright acidity makes the 2010 Bravium Chardonnay good on its own and with food.

This medium-bodied wine will compliment petrale sole or halibut with butter sauce, mahi mahi with fruit salsa, and chicken dishes.

I bought this wine for a dinner party and loved that it could be served both before and during dinner . . . . I had several guests asking where they could buy it. Easy to drink and a crowd pleaser. I highly recommend it.
