Brancott Sauvignon Blanc 2005
Sauvignon Blanc
from Marlborough, New Zealand
winemaker's notes:
Light straw in colour, the Brancott 2004 Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of gooseberry and grapefruit with hints of bell pepper, melon and banana esters. Notes of fresh cut grass and herbs highlight intense fruit flavours of grapefruit. A well-balanced wine that demonstrates the lively, crisp acidity associated with this style.

Crisp and clean. Herbal notes, very refreshing!

This is the best S.Blanc I have ever tasted and I already have several favorites since this is my fav. type of wine. I highly recommend this wine. It's a great value and a great tast. You can taste the lemon and it smells sweet and woodsy but has that dry lemon finish that you love in a S.Blanc. Buy this for sure!

I just found this wine at a restaurant and fell in love. It has a wonderful fruity nose and it's got a great fruit foward flavor without being sweet. I'm not much of a white wine drinker and I'm not really familiar with Savignon Blanc but I know I love this wine.
