The Cuvée Signature range is a selection of reputed villages, Premier and Grand Crus from Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune principally. Harvested, they are produced in very limited quantities.
The regional appellation is harvested throughout the village of Santenay, covering approximately 379 hectares. 124 of those hectares are classified as Premier Cru and 10% as white only. The parcel "Clos de Rousseau" covers 15.95 hectares.
Deep red in colour. A nose redolent of nuts such as almond and hazelnut. Its tannic structure lends power and harmonize with flavours of violet and forest undergrowth. The finish is long and the wine may be cellared for several years.
