Winemaker's Notes

This strawberry-hued wine draws you in with its aromas of white flowers, cherries and toast. Though handled as a white wine throughout the winemaking process , it is recognizably Pinot Noir. The fruit flavors are bright; cherries, cherries and more cherries with tangerine and floral notes. Oak is there to buoy up the fruit while a great acid structure holds the wine together through the long finish.
