84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah, 2% Merlot
This Cabernet offers New World aromas of cherry and raspberry, with spicy notes of nutmeg and coffee oak, with slight vanilla. The wine enters with juicy red berry flavors, and offers a very approachable, rich and full mouthfeel with a wonderful finish. Good structure, polished tannins that promise an ever more complex wine to come, with lively acidity and subtle spice.
