winemaker's notes:
Fresh and bright with a shell pink color reminiscent of a Côtes de Provence Rosé. Hints of wild strawberry, white cherry, ripe peach, and the barest whiff of spearmint give way to zesty notes of strawberry, watermelon, blood orange, peach, and citrus. Perhaps most compelling is the wine's
tremendous food-friendliness.
Wonderful with traditional Provençal fare including charcuterie, pâté, salade niçoise, and the aïoli platter, it's an incredibly flexible partner at the table, complementing everything from international cuisine—curries, tagines, or chiles rellenos—to a vast array of seafoods, poultry, salads, and cheeses. Delicious today but will develop added richness and aroma with an additional 6-12 months of bottle age.

"Pale orange. High-pitched aromas of redcurrant, orange zest and white flowers, with a peppery topnote. Dry and precise, offering energetic red berry flavors and a touch of bitter cherry. Silky and penetrating rose with good finishing cling and vivacity."
