Winemaker's Notes

Blend: 53% Shiraz, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon

A medium bodied dry red table wine with soft tannins and a smooth, round finish.

Food pairings: Lamb dishes, confit of duck leg with potato cake and hazelnuts.

"At 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, it adds only a slight herbaceous note to this wine's aromas. The Shiraz component dominates, providing intense sour plum and cracked pepper notes. It's full-bodied and desne, packed with plum, olive and spice flavors and surprisingly long on the finish." 90 Points,
Wine Enthusiast
