Winemaker's Notes

The 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep garnet color; the aromatics reveal a fusion of rich, exotic spices, ripe plum and roses. The luscious palate is well balanced with enticing flavors of plum, cherry and spice. The full flavors move beautifully onto a ripe, long-lasting finish. According to Winemaker Dennis Hill, this is the "perfect Blackstone Cabernet Sauvignon, well balanced and a great everyday wine." The signature style of Blackstone is an integrated wine with supple fruit; surrounded by elegant creaminess, well-structured oak and firm tannins. At Blackstone we believe our wines should be friendly, flavorful and balanced, encouraging one's interest in the marriage between food and wine.

RUN AWAY, RUN FAR FAR AWAY, this is like yellow tail. I had no choice at a cocktail party and I'll never drink this again.
