Bethel Heights Eola Hills Cuvee Pinot Noir 1997

The Bethel Heights Eola Hills Cuvee 1997 Pinot Noir was made primarily from the grapes of our two closest neighbors, Temperance Hill to the north and Lewman to the south. We want the Eola Hills Cuve to be forwardly fruity, soft on the palate, and versatile at the table with a broad range of foods. All lots are aged in center-of-France or Oregon oak barrels for around nine months, adding undertones of smoke and spice. The Eola Hills Cuve is a great introductory Pinot, deliciously true to the variety.
