My husband traveled to his Home State of California for a Family Reunion in October of this year. While there the whole troup went on an wine tour of the Mondavi Winery and the Beringer Winery. My husband bought the Beringer 1998 Napa Valley Chardonnay Private Reserve, Proprietor Grown wine for me. We opened it last evening and it is just the most wonderful wine! It is now, our favorite of all wines. I'm glad to see you carry it online and will be available for shipping.

Having toured and tasted a number
of Beringer wines on our trip to Napa, we were overjoyed to see the
Beringer Private Reserve on the
wine list at the resturant where
we went in Pheonix on our honeymoon. There was no question as to what we would have for our
first dinner out - the Private Reserve. With much anticipation,
we waited for our waiter to bring
out the bottle. The aroma was
exquisite, and as we toasted the
start of our life together, we sipped the PERFECT wine. So smooth yet so rich. So full of
life yet so easy on the palate.
As the kids say these days it
was DA BOMB (or is that phrase
out of date already?)
Fruity yet with a clean aftertase,
this is a wine among all wines!!
