The 2003 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has bright cherry fruit flavors, sweet
vanilla oak, and smokey aromas that are accented by a pretty background of dried
herbs and bramblebush scents. The wine is well structured with a full mouth of fruit
that is sweet and zesty, and supported by a nice bright acidity and round tannins. A
small amount of Malbec was added to the final blend for greater complexity.
