A lush, nuanced and thoughtful pinot noir, the wine has intense red fruit character with spice, herbacious and earthy tones in the finish. Soft, chalky tannins combine with smooth acidity to create a full mouthfeel that lingers on your palate. Our Signaterrra Pinot Noir is unadulterated and pure in essence.
In 2008, the vineyard was farmed using high level sustainable farming practices and in it's final transitional year before official Demeter Biodynamic® certification.
"Ruby-red. Sexy aromas of dark berry preserves, candied rose and anise, with a suave vanilla note that gains strength with aeration. Lush and creamy in texture, with slightly jammy black raspberry and mulberry flavors showing a bit of back-end heat. Leads strongly with its fruit and finishes with serious breadth and cling. Pretty much a fruit bomb but extremely easy to drink and flat-out delicious. "
