The 2007 vintage was not long and drawn out, so the wine has fresh and fruity cherry tones instead of riper blackberry – it's just plain yummy.
This ruby red wine is a must for fresh Pacific Northwest salmon, either grilled or sauced. It has the depth to accompany lightly sauced veal, or pasta dishes as well as smoked or grilled chicken.
