Pairs with a wide range of foods including beef, sausages, spiced or grilled pork, veal, rabbit, medium-strong cheeses, and meat-based pasta sauces.
"The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon contains 6% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc in its blend and was aged for 11 months in French (60% new) and American (second-use) oak before bottling without fining or filtration (as were each of these wines). Enticing aromas of cassis, Asian spices, incense, rose petal, and black currant set the stage for a supple, sweetly-fruited, medium-bodied, nicely proportioned Cabernet that offers outstanding value.
