Winemaker's Notes

Intense aromas and flavors of blackberry jam, raspberries, spice, pepper and hints of chocolate with a beautiful toasty oak component that provides depth and complexity. This rich, bull-bodied wine has smooth textures, great balance and a long finish. The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon should age beautifully for at least ten years and it would pair very will now with prime rib, BBQ steaks, lamb chops or hearty, tomato-based pasta sauces.
