Our estate Sauvignon Blanc comes exclusively from our biodynamic® certified grapes grown on our Purisima Mountain Vineyard. The majority of the vines are planted on a steep hillside laden with large amounts of limestone, traversing to a less steep section that turns to sand. New vineyard techniques along with low crop yields, created the perfect environment to create an excellent wine balance by intense fruit flavors and crisp acidity.
