Wow! What a great wine for the price! Deep, smooth and fruity; all the qualities of a really good Pinot Noir.
I had an earlier vintage several years ago and figured I would give it a try since it was on sale. I'm always worried about a Pinot under $20 (and in this case under $15). This proves why. It had very little character, a bit fruity on the front, but totally drops off and leaves a weak aftertaste in the end. Not sure if this was a shipping issue or the wine just isn't that good. Will not buy again.
